Need to Check Your Measurements?
No Problem! Here’s How!
We know sizing varies between brands. Taking accurate measurements using our chart will give you a more personalized fit and a comfortable wearing experience.
Bust Measurement: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it's parallel to the ground. Take the measurement without pulling too tight.
Waist Measurement: Locate the narrowest part of your waist, typically above your belly button and below your ribcage. Measure around this point while keeping the tape comfortably snug.
Hip Measurement: Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure the tape is parallel to the ground and provides an accurate representation of your hip circumference.
Shoulder Width: Measure across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the other. Make sure the tape is straight and not slanting.
Sleeve Length: Extend your arm to the side, and measure from the shoulder seam down to the point where you want the sleeve to end. This is your sleeve length.
Body Length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder down to where you want the shirt to end. This gives you the overall length of the shirt.

1. How soon can I receive my Billionaire Honey® Exclusive Me Luxury Tee™ if I place my order today?
Our redesigned Luxury Tee will ship in February 2024 no earlier. However, Billionaire Honey® Gift Cards will be sent to your email box the moment your purchase is made, and they can be used immediately. You will instantly be put in que for shipping. Please note if you cancel your order, you will lose your place in line..
2. Can I get my order tomorrow?
If we receive your order before 1pm Eastern and you select Next Day Air at checkout, we'll do our best. Our order process allows you to message us. It’s important to let us know while you are making your purchase, not afterwards.
3. Can I get a Saturday delivery?
Yes! Weather permitting, and (if that delivery option is available in your area). You only need to select that option at checkout and make certain you message our team no later than Noon on Friday.
4. Is there a minimum purchase for Free Shipping?
No. Green Delivery (5-8 days) is complimentary. Postage fees are only required when you need expedited shipping or some other form of shipping that requires Special Handling. For additional details review our Shipping Policy.
5. How do I care for my new item(s)?
When given proper care, Fine Quality clothing can last for many years. When you receive your order it will include a guide outlining instructions for care of your garment.
6. What additional fees are there related to International Orders?
Aside from the somewhat higher cost of shipping, most governments assess taxes/duties/VAT/fees which must be paid by you at the time of delivery. See Shipping Policy.
7. Q. How do I exchange an item?
As long as it meets our Return Policy criteria, you can make an exchange.
8. How do I return a gift?
See our Return Policy for instructions on how to exchange your gift. Please know that if you do return a gift, credit card issuers require that we refund the item's cost only to the original purchaser.
9. Can I request a specific Shipping Date?
Yes! Be sure to communicate that to us in the message space available to you when you are placing your order. Our Client Care team will do the best we can to accommodate you. Please remember the mail carrier plays a significant part in this too. We are effective at working with them, but things do happen. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.
10. Can I visit to shop in person?
We are 100% online at the moment, however, we will be announcing pop-up events in various U.S. cities in 2024. As a BH Insider you’ll be first in line to be informed about our Special Events!
11. Do you take Checks and/or Money Orders?
Yes, we are happy to accept checks and/or money orders by mail, UPS, or FedEx. Keep in mind that processing times can be significantly longer. Once we receive payment, Client Care will contact you, and then the processing times will flow according to the timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy.
12. Do you have Lay-A-Way?

We have Specialty Events and multiple other benefits for our BH Insiders. It’s important to sign up and give us permission to email or text you to ensure you don’t miss out on those benefits!
14. Do you offer Volume Discounts?
Occasionally we offer discounts, like “Buy a second shirt, get an additional concession on that shirt if you complete the purchase at the same time” Once you close the transaction, the opportunity for the offer ends.” The offer can be used up to 3 times.
15. Do Gift Cards expire?
Billionaire Honey® Gift Cards expire after 2 years.
16. Do you offer your products Wholesale?
