Refund Policy:

If you have any problems with your purchase, please notify us WITHIN 14 days of purchase. Refunds or exchanges for products are not guaranteed because we cannot verify any exposures the product has had, and the product has to be destroyed.

This is to protect you and our other customers who are assured a certain standard of quality, and to build trust with our customers that they are receiving a premium quality product. Any time after 14 days, refunds or exchanges WILL NOT be permitted. If a refund or exchange is granted, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs – which includes sending original product back to Billionaire Honey® (must include tracking information).
